Cañada Hills Located around La Canada Drive between Naranja Drive and Lambert Lane. Family homes built by several builders, some located on golf course lots. The Conquistador golf course runs through Canada Hills and across La Canada Drive. This family community has one and two story homes from 2,900 – 4,100 sq. ft. range in price from $229,000 to over $1 milliion. Social and fitness memberships are available at the Conquistador Country Club. HOA fees vary. Master HOA fee is $31 monthly. |
Catalina Shadows Moderate priced family oriented community with one and two story homes priced from $260,900 to $475,000 for 1,378 to 2,760 sq. ft. Some have a tiled roof, some are more Santa Fe style with flat roofs. Some homes overlook a wide wash area with panoramic mountain views. HOA fees are $22 per month, paid quarterly.

This subdivision is located between Tangerine Road and Naranja Drive and east of La Canada Drive. Several builders are represented. Oro Valley Country Club Town houses as well as custom homes (built on larger lots) clustered around the Oro Valley Country Club. While many of the homes were built in the 1970’s, there are some newer homes and town homes built more recently. Prices range from $800,000 to $1.5 milliion for single family homes. HOA fees are $84 annually.

Rancho Vistoso Located in the town of Oro Valley (estimated 2005 population 38,000+) Rancho Vistoso is a planned community development located approximately 14 miles northwest of Tucson, Arizona. Several builders have built in portions of this 7,750 acre master-planned area with two shopping centers, banks, churches and medical and professional offices. The elevation is close to 3,000 feet, which makes the climate a few degrees cooler than Tucson and Phoenix.
